This hotel need improvement. the bathroom are dirty & smelly & even flood when i m bathing. The staff are rude, i have to wait from morning to afternoon in order to check in. the staff say i can only check in at 2 pm when i reach there at 10am. when i come again at 2 pm, they inform me the room is still not ready yet.a disappointed room with expensive charges. |

Nice hotel, the pool is clean. problem s with bad odor on first level. not close to the swimming shore (boat harbor side)very good hotel restorant however (evening). |

Mixed feelings about this hotel. Room was nice but bathroom wasn t as clean as I would want it. Shower and toilet look old. Choice of satalite channels wasn t very good. Pool is nice but missing umbrellas. The best thing about this hotel is it s location: close the heart or Phi Phi partying but quiet. |
Too bad that reservation requires 100% of payment. Otherwise good. |

This was the second best of 5 hotels i stayed in accross SE asia. The best thing about it was the location. It s right in the middle of town, which was nice, especially considering the small size of the town. It was easy to find places to eat or go out nearby and it was easy to catch longtail boats right out front. The negatives were that there was a bad smell in the area and the AC was a bit weak. Also a whole wing is along a popular alley so there is some noise. Aside from that it was a nice place. While I wouldn t mind going back there at all I may try something different next time. |

Great place to stay on Phi Phi. great location - right in the middle of everything! beautiful rooms and the staff were excellent. absolutely no complaints and highly recommended. |

Good Hotel, for the island, rooms clean and near everything. The only thing is we both got a very nasty bought of food poising from the breakfast, so beware |
booking and service is good, check is late at 2pm so often when you arrive on the boat, you have to wait for hours in the lobby. |

The hotel itself was pleasant. The rooms were cleaned everyday and towels were provided for the pool and the beach. The location was ideal for access to everything on the island. The staff was friendly and the rooftop garden with a spectacular view was the perfect spot for a proposal. Having said that, the breakfast was somewhat to be desired. The exact same things were served all three days we were there and there wasn t much variety or many western choices. We really enjoyed our stay. |

We stayed at the villa wing lower unit and it was a little worn down. There was a 3 cm gap under the front door, so cockroaches could easily get in. We will stay in the garden wing next time, because it s newer. But the location is perfect, and the breakfast was ok. We love Phi Phi, so we will definately come back! |

Great hotel with very friendly staff. Nice little pool in the garden with a lot of plants and flowers. We stayed at Banyan Garden. Really nice and clean room on the uper leval. Perfect balcony with a wonderful view over the little pool, palm treas and the rocks behind. Good breakfast. The location is perfect! We will definitly come back! |
